Q. What is the quickest way to order a cab on WebCabby.com?

A. The quickest way to order a taxicab is by using the QuickCabby feature on our home page. Fill in the required fields and in three steps your order is on its way! 

Q. How can I access the additional features such as scheduled pick-ups or request multiple cabs? 

A. By signing up for a MyCabby profile you will have access to the many additional features offered by WebCabby. To create a MyCabby profile click on the MyCabby tab above then click register. 

Q. How long does it take for my taxi to arrive? 

A. The arrival time of your taxicab will vary depending on the time and day of your order. During peak times such as weekends or commute hours it may take longer for your cab to arrive however, every effort is made to get your taxi to you as fast as possible. 

Q. How much will my trip cost? 

A. Your total fare may vary depending on the distance and length of time for your trip. Fare charges in San Francisco are $3.10 for initiating the trip and $.45 for every 1/5 of a mile after that or for every minute of wait time. 

Q. What if I forget something in a taxi that I ordered through WebCabby? 

A. Not a problem. In your MyCabby profile is record of your last 5 orders. Included are the time, date, and cab number of each order. Once you know what cab you were in and when, you can contact the company and notify them of your lost item. The purpose of our tracker is that cab companies need the information we provide you to pinpoint the driver that would have recovered the item. 

Q. Can I access WebCabby if I am not at a computer? 

A. Yes, WebCabby can be accessed with any internet ready mobile device so that you can order a taxi wherever you are. 

Please note that some features may not be available if a mobile device is used. 

 Q. How do I know where my cab is? 

A. WebCabby provides a confirmation number for every order. Enter the order number into the Order Status field on the Home page and you will see what stage your order is in. If you are logged into your MyCabby profile, your order status is automatically updated in your open orders list. 

 Q. Does WebCabby participate in any Paratransit programs? 

A. Yes, upon request WebCabby will send you a taxicab from a company that does provide paratransit transportation. 

Q. How can I contact the dispatcher about a specific cab ride, for example if I lost something? 

A. Simple! Go into your profile, select order history and click on contact next to the corresponding ride!
